Have you all been paid for yesterdays' loads yet? Should I wait until the afternoon and then call?

Doesn't the 30 board have a coordinator , in some capacity? Does that person not kick into gear when problems such as this arise? Those are serious questions. The 30 board is capped at 75 drivers and the 34 van board is also capped at 30 some odd drivers. From hearing about it I thought it was much larger numbers, i wonder how some others on there prepare or handle situations like yesterday. Might be of help to those on those boards as well as others. We print each work order dispatched on. An I always jot down pickup numbers, addresses , delivery info needed in a small pocket notebook. I get what I need over the weekend on Friday. When I started here we didn't have the apps and all that, so I got used to writing it down. My phone once broke but I had WiFi card and relayed messages to my wife via Facebook , and she called my coordinator to get the info in. Things are gonna happen from time to time, the more we depend d technology the more it hurts when it's on the Fritz. Especially on Monday it seems.

Chickadee, they are simply running behind from yesterday. Give em to afternoon , they usually work overtime when things like this happen. At least give them the 8 working hours , who h their goal, pay within 8 working hours of receipt of paperwork.Chickadee Thanks this.

Enough said!!!

Yes we have a go to person, and no there was no "backup plan" on Mercer's part, there never is which is the reason for being annoyed! I didn't say I didn't have access to dispatched info. How can I plan or prepare for not having access to the load board? I don't get tickets, I pass DOT inspections, I don't fall off loads, I never had a claim, & I pick and deliver when I'm supposed to, Mercer provides the load board, not me!!Airborne Thanks this.

Nope could take a day or 2Airborne Thanks this.

I didn't get the settlement email yet, but I got paid. Watch your truck info screen and/or your card, when they are super busy, I'll get settled but the email will come later in the day or next day!

Wrong!
The auto emails are not going out. Odds are you have been paid but unless you call you will never get a settlement.spyder7723 Thanks this. -
Wh
What exactly is wrong in what I posted? Are they backed up? Yes according to people at office
Do they work overtime hours to catch up when they have problems? Yes they do
Is the mercer standard to be paid 8 working hours after receipt of paperwork? Yes it is
Would it be possibly a good thing give it 8 working hours from when you sent paperwork to call, considering the circumstances? Yes it would
The billing and payroll are up to their tears in alligators, so to speak, they are dealing with this just as we are, cut them some slack.
Now where did i once address what was being emailed about a settlement?????
I hope others problems in life are handled easier than this, or some of you are in crisis mode 24/7
