How long were you blocking him from getting back to the right?
Two sides to every story.Sometimes even three.

He was well far behind me in the passing zone which was ending. I estimated he would just settle behind me at a safe and proper following distance. Do my mirror check and see he jumped out over the double yellows to pass. I wasn't blocking him; he probably runs that route every day and knows that wide area is although illegal to pass, is doable when everyone cooperates. Plus he's never gotten a ticket there so, like drugs, truckers speed a little today but next week they need to speed a lot to get the same rush, then next month they need to speed even more and pretty soon they speed everywhere they go because like drugs they are addicted to danger.

Exactly this. People in cars need to learn how to merge. It's not hard in a 3200 lb car with 200+ HP.
I stopped moving over because all the merger did was stay in my #### blindside the whole time, even with my signal on,making me block the lane.
I just stay put now unless it's for a truck. They at least know I have to get back on the right.

I hear you. When a car or a truck with a single trailer cuts me off I don't mind but with 2 trailers, that gets me upset.

On a serious note, I have to say I'm surprised by Estes' failure to, at the least, acknowledge your complaint. Without a truck or trailer number it would likely go nowhere though. For future reference I think the number is near the top left at the back of their trailers.

Good thing you have that Top Gun training to help you out in those situations.

Get a dash cam and next time that happens, ask if safety wants the video. Otherwise it is your word against someone making them $3k a week net (guessing).

Also keep in mind a lot of these drivers have never been in your area before, and may have confusing GPS navigation instructions or road signage.

Truck drivers dont want to hurt people let alone deal with red tape. Asking the company to have a private talk with driver rather than post public might be a good idea.
