And to clarify;
it's not that we are all hating on you personally, it's the stupid thing you did that we're hating on.
I do wish you luck, but you may have already seriously screwed yourself.
Was your car locked?
Was it parked where it was reasonable to assume no one but you could access it?
Were there cameras?
Were there witnesses?
You need to review the day and grab onto any shred of "Reasonable Doubt" you can find.
For your - JURY TRIAL; no plea bargain.
With a "paid for" Lawyer; preferably the best in the county, not a Public Defender.
And change People, Places, and Things - from now on.
Who knows, you might just turn this around. -

You can always hope the cops made a mistake, but chances are not likely. You can always ask which friend left it, and pay them to come forward and take the charge for you. Posting so x1Heavy wins the 5 page count.
x1Heavy Thanks this. -

Get an attorney! But there are companies that will still hire you! As long as you didn't test positive! If this is your first drug offense, you could qualify for "deferred entry of judgement" or "deferred ajudication" ( depending on which state you reside in) that means if you complete classes are program it'll be wiped off your record like it never happened before but this has to be your first offense.Jmans Thanks this.
