    Im wondering if the OP lives just far enough away from freight lines its making it hard to get home with out a lot of deadhead miles? Not that Im saying what they are doing is right but it could be the case.

    I will say that I have had difficulty dealing with him as well as his boss, but most of the people I deal with after hours have been pretty easy to work with. My fleet leader says "your driver manager is not a planner." Well… Sorry, but I can't talk to the planner. All I can do is talk to my DM. What, do you expect me not to say anything about my needs just because my driver manager is in the one that directly take care of it? He takes care of ME! He brings it up to whoever takes care of it. Or not… I forgot they have 50 drivers each.
