I don't either but I said the same thing about eLogs. Now I want no part of paper any more.

I'll give them a fair shake. They've came a long way in the last number of years.

Yeah, true . I guess on the positive side, it is one of the better autos.

The internationals and paccar products seem to be still lunging and rolling every where coming in and out of gear at low speeds .

But the DT12 Daimlers and Mack/Volvos don't seem to do it.. I also notice that the DT12 shifts just like the Mack/Volvo besides making all that extra air flutter noise

I drive a 16 and is pretty good. In winter it did get me stuck at a nonplowed pilot with slush in it but I got out.

These brokered loads are so annoying with their incorrect pu # and po #

It's been probably 12 months since I dealt with a broker. I may have hauled one or two broker loads but none that I had to deal with a broker personally.

And that's the way I like it.

Lol , Coyote logistics and CH Robinson know who I am at this point .

I have noticed that I only get the brokered loads either when I'm empty on a Friday or when I'm in the south east . I can appreciate the loads as opposed to sitting ,I know they're probably lower than Holland's direct freight , but the "reps" can be very obtuse

@HoserSmurf Did you end up going with Holland Enterprises after all?

I am actually in Mass too, on the Cape so I wonder if Holland Enterprises would be an option? Do they hire recent graduates with no experience?

Unfortunately no. I've decided to stay at my current employer. I've been here 5 years. But, I will say without hesitation, if I decided go OTR again it would definitely be Holland. Great experience from the first call. Great equipment with all driver amenities. Wasn't to thrilled with the 3 to 4 weeks out though. Pay is on the low side but high weekly mileage. I don't believe they hire recent graduates. Two years experience minimum. Hope that helps? :D

That does help. I appreciate the information about Holland. Two years experience. I will keep them on the short list then :)
