My biggest fear is not being able to escape the losers. Seems to be a lot in this industry. Of course every industry has nutjobs, even the corporate world (maybe more so), but I see some of these guys on Youtube and it makes me cringe. I'll just keep my head down, do my job, and gain as much experience as I possible can.
Your greatest fear?

Snakes. I HATE snakes.
When I got into trucking, I was 10 feet tall and bullet proof. NOTHING in the trucking industry made me afraid. That was back when JB Hunt was paying a new driver 21cpm and offering 2100 miles per week. WOOHOO, that was big money for me. Through the last 25 or so years, I have learned there is a great deal that should or will get your attention. I don't fear them, I just accept them and use caution, and do my job as legal as possible.cybill234 and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
A speeding ticket. I'm governed at 64 so I speed in the city, but everyday on my way back to the warehouse Golden Gate estates(Naples Florida) speed traps.
I see so many state troopers pulling over dump trucks so I brake- out of reflex and I'm like...
Oh wait I'm going 64... -

Or choosing to put one down for a variety of what is supposed to be good and merciful reasons. Maybe I should have allowed it to live out it's days... but it would have increasingly suffered. That was a bad day. For that reason it will be difficult to acquire another pet. Horses are easier. We had a breeding farm favorite, a colt not yet a year get sick one night.
Next day I had to bleach his chopped legs and hoofs for purposes of lab work pending on the parts. Rest of it was cremated or buried, Im not sure which. We all liked that one, but we cannot like em too much when they get sick like that. You do what you can.
Ive got a little bit of butcher in me, but I prefer not. -
Trucking don't worry me near as much as the thought of running into one of my ex's .

When the line from the second lane is at the back of your passenger window, start turning, track around that corner at 12 inches every time. Cats always struggle with this.SHOJim Thanks this.
