Companies that will let you train a spouse?

What's the best company for me to go with once my wife gets her cdl, that will let me train her? Looking for a company with trucks that don't have you dragging ### at 65. I'm an experienced trainer at FedEx with 15 years otr, company and o/o experience. Or Am I Going To have to go out and buy another truck? I'm not really feeling like buying anymore trucks.
