According to police, the semi-truck driver did not stop after the crash.
Terrible, just terrible -
How does somebody traveling behind not see the incident aftermath and report and follow the h&r vehicle? That road is too busy during broad daylight hours for somebody not to have been a key witness.
Lepton1 Thanks this. -
Sadly the majority of folks just "don't want to get involved." And then there are those that just don't care.

I hope they track down the idiot that did that and he pays dearly!!! That is terrible!! I would like to insert stronger words here but if I stated how I really felt it would just be a string of # signs!! People need to wake the #### up!
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -

NavigatorWife Thanks this. -

The tollways around Chicagoland have surveillance cameras. It's only a matter of time before they catch the idiot who did this.NavigatorWife, Lepton1 and BigBob410 Thank this.

It's very common in that godforsaken place ... I already seen a four wheeler to an illegal u turn RIGHT IN FRONT of a DOT trooper, the trooper just kept going and pulled over a truck. Every time I go through that area I get one of those idiots with the Chicagoland companies(hard to keep track of who is who because they change their names and dot numbers an a daily basis)almost merging into me, or riding my bumper, and of course with that ###### phone in hand. They are as bad or worse than the already brainless four wheelers around there. And also in other parts of the country I run when a vehicle does something really stupid around me it almost always has Illinois tags or belonging to a company based in Chicago area.Bud A. Thanks this.
