IF you are truthful, and I'm skeptical as we get too many in here that are just looking for a shoulder to cry on, you are better off not working there anyway.
If they will fire you for that, what else would be an issue for them?

No, more than likely, this was simply the latest "backing incident"

was a tow truck called out to get you unstuck?

    that'd do it for you..

or, did you call dispatch and tell them you are stuck while backing?

    that'd do it for you

frankly, you have left out some minor details.

Well if a tow truck is called you will be doing a drug and alcohol test maybe he failed at that are refusing to go take one but it doesn't sounds right just saying

Now why would you need a drug and alcohol test for a tow truck call?

Yes I already know the answer. But you seem to be misinformed about drugs and alcohol testing.

It could also be company policy, but that would be dumb. And the OP never mentioned a company.

A company that anal doesn't deserve to have decent drivers. Walmart, as anal about stuff as they are, wouldn't fire a driver for something like that. Sounds like a company I would have told to go pound sand a long time ago. Move on to bigger and better, then when you are in a bigger better position, call your ex-boss and thank him for being such an #######, because it gave you the chance to better yourself.

Question I nor you don't is was towed away are just towed down the street, if you're truck is towed you will be required to take it, and yes some company will let you go it as well as a driver charged back, plus I don't see why you are anyone that as been here for a while going after a driver over a one hit wonder ,if they driver had come back to clear up something I can then , but at this point you me and everyone else just guessing are at least trying to figure out what he is doing,so take a chill pill back off
