I wanna check out gordon food service, but don’t know their pay scale.

@Mike2633 can help you out with that he is our resident gfs guy
-
Yes I can is the GFS branch for chain accounts or broad line service.
Either way GFS usually has a $1200 a week gaurantee if it's in newer developing markets. However usually at GFS you'll do pretty good, they pay DIP pay driver incentive pay which is by the mile, by the case, by the stop and also a flat rate for by the day. -
So working beer isn’t to bad?
-
I didn't think it was a bad job I think it verys from company to company but I make a lot more doing food service though
-
It varies by company man. My current company treats the guys pretty good. The customers are who talk down to you, but I'm in a point in my life I just tell people to f*** off without caring about repercussions.
I make 42-45k a year. Done 80% of the time by noon if you don't count "season" .
I'm always looking for better, but where else am I gonna go working 35-45(55 sometimes) hours a week making 800 a week with a half day on Saturday and having Sunday-Monday off.
I looked into doing food service, but in my area they want you to essentially be on call with split days off. An extra 10k a year isn't worth me having less work life balance and having Tuesday and Sunday off. Complete bullsh**Last edited: Mar 11, 2018
