    Ever seen the movie “Convoy”?

Get you a black Mack with a duck hood ornament and head out.

To all you that want to park your truck and protest over ELDs. All I have say is wait until that monthly statement comes in the mail saying truck payment is due, or utilities, car payment, mortgage payment due! Or how about this. "Honey I need to go grocery shopping" how much money did you make this week? Sounds familiar?

C'mon my fellow O/O, quit thinking like a company driver and start thinking like a business man! This is part of business, you have to constantly change or why be in business?

ELDs are the law of the land, either get over it or get out of business!!

Fortunately (well, due to hard work - actually) the only ones that apply are the utilities and groceries.

The truck is in the shop till Monday, rates have been great this year, and I’ve been on an ELD for 7 plus years.

    Zeviander and spyder7723 Thank this.

After spending a few days polishing i wish my truck hadn't been parked all week. God my shoulders hurt and i haven't even touched the right side of the truck yet.

Be careful - you’ll end up nursing a wrist injury like someone we know . . .

Of course I have. I’m nobody special, I deal with the same challenges everyone else does. My trip plan is constantly evolving based on new information. My point is that when something unforeseen happens you have to adjust to still stay safe and legal, not just park on the shoulder or go to sleep in a fuel island and say “ELogs made me do it.”
