Any change to tire side would require changes to the computer. To find how it will effect your gearing you need a bit of info.
What is your transmission ratio in top gear(if you don't know just tell me the transmission model number and i can find it). Your rear end ratio. And finally the model of tire you like to run(need this so we can find how many tire revolutions per mile). And finally the cruising speed you like to run.Highway Sailor and horsecrazychic22 Thank this. -

So, I'll be starting my orientation on Monday April 9th and I was sent a list of the items I need on my truck. the list says 25ft so I assumed I would have to buy new ones as I currently have 20ft chains.
Will I be okay if I just bring my 20ft chains instead? -
Hey thanks, I got a century but I'm sure they are similar.
It was the plastic clip at the top of the door that operates the latch. Real pain in the ### to get too. After spending hours trying to hook from the bottom, I just pried the door panel away from the window and was able to put a socket extension down there.
And yeap, Freightliner didn't stock it. I got a internal star lock washer and some wire. Hopefully it holds...
horsecrazychic22 and RStewart Thank this. -

Just to the right of how long ago you posted, bottom left, are three lines. Tap there and you'll get a pop up with the option to edit your post. OTOH, we've been reading Spyder's posts long enough that we're all fluent in gibberish.
