What kind of driver do you want to hire?
What kind of pay would have been enough that you wouldn't have become an o/o?
I sort of think you already know the answer to your question and mine. -
truck 10 speed or auto
miles
Dry Van
drop and hook y/n
hazmat y/n
that would be my thoughts -
Good drivers are few and far between and do not come cheap.

Depends on what is required for that 1200 a week. That is about 3.5 days work for me. Maybe 3 if everything goes according to plan. So yeah for a part time driver that would only need another 20% on top of it to cover me paying my own taxes, be a Monday through Wednesday (maybe half a day on Thursday) 6% 401k match, 5 paid weeks off a year and you would be close.
