that's has to be the most ignorant thing to say if someone had a bad experience with a company it is always there fault not the company

The vacation trick is what happened to me. If you even take a few days for your mothers funeral; my dispatch said no problem but be sure to sign some paper with personnel (but personnel seemed baffled by my request, and offered me nothing to sign). And when I came back on schedule my dispatcher said May forced her to terminate me because I didn't sign some paper with personnel. But there is no such paper, its a scam. And when I set out to warn drivers I talked to at truck stops it seemed that nearly everyone had the same experience. Lots of EX-May drivers. They were very good in every other respect, but this scam is a deal breaker for me, so I've never considered going back.
