I don't and never have worked for Warner. They are a mega, so I would never recommend them anyway.
That being said it sounds like most of your issues are self imposed from not actually knowing the law. Trucking companies are basically exempted from the Fair Labor act and as such, all wage laws coming from that Once you realize that, and act accordingly.
As for the one week of over payment, then the next week no money. Well, why? If you got all that extra money the first week, why was it still not in the bank the second week? Or do you not even manage your money and blow it all without even planning your bills?
As for HR, why were the appeals denied? Maybe you still could not read and fill out the forms correctly? As a mega Warner is a bureaucracy and needs to be treated as such.
P.S. I'm not saying this to be mean, but to hopefully get you to realize life isn't fair. You have to get the attitude to change. If you keep the victim mentality you will never move on, but keep going from one crappy place to another as you will never admit to yourself it might be your decisions causing the trouble.
BEWARE of WERNER!!!

Best advice. Stay away form the Mega companies (Schneider, J.B, Wiener, C.R.ST, and so forth). Been there and done that stick many years ago, and seemingly same results as you expressed in your post. Most of the Mega companies are making the money, sucking in a seat warmer to fill a truck, and do not really care for anything other than their pockets. CDL schools are pumping out drivers by the gross on a daily basis, so these companies figure if you quit, there are a hundred more just like you to fill your vacant seat. Try to find a smaller company to work for.a-trucker123, Western flyer and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.

The sad truth is, that when first starting out in your career. The only companies willing to take a chance on you are the Mega companies. Until you receive enough experience behind the wheel to change to a better company, or one that is smaller.

dol.gov (wage issues), $10.50 is a mandatory wage law if you are not making it they are breaking it. Let's stand together.
Werner is exempted from the FLSA.

That used to be true, but not anymore. I have seen several ads in my area for companies who will train you at no cost. OTR even has smaller companies who will train you.
You just have to have the motivation to walk some pavement instead of signing up for a bus ride to a cattle call.
Half of the drivers at my current company never drove OTR & are driving 8 axle heavyhaul rigs with 14' trailers & 13 speed shifters. I am training a lady currently who used to be a school bus driver but can't work split shifts anymore.
All she had was a passenger & airbrake endorsement. She makes $18 an hr, but when she gets done training after 90 days she will be hauling 62K loads of paper 10hrs a day at $22.50 per hr to start with zero OTR experience.

10 hours day at $22.50 where do i sign up??

Werner is my trucking Godfather. I started off at Werner in 2002 and left it after a few months due to miserable pay. I came there with my ready CDL, I needed training. They provided it, and in exchange for the favor, I took 25c per mile OTR job at the time but at the first better opportunity I bailed. I would have starved there for sure. The trainers were good men and overall experience was good, except money. Every time, I'm on I-80 in Omaha, Ne I even salute to their building, part out of nostalgia and part out of silliness. You can have only one Godfather after all.
Odin's Rabid Dog Thanks this. -
I’m not sure what the federal minimum wage is now days, but it does NOT matter if you’re a truck driver, burger flipper or plumber. Companies are required to pay you minimum wage and MANY trucking companies have been sued and have had to pay up.
I was actually involved in a class action when I first started driving because May Trucking had a “student pay” policy that violated minimum wage laws. I got a pretty nice size settlement over that.a-trucker123, Lonesome and Odin's Rabid Dog Thank this.
