My 68 GMC Pickup only had lap belts, and the fuel tank was behind the seat! If it has a shoulder strap then you need to use it.

 

Breathing while driving could be distracted driving if you want to be that way about it. There's some crap you just ignore and seatbelt laws is one of them it affects nobody but you should not be a law.

 

BS!!!! Have an accident and go thru the windshield and DIE affects the people who have to deal with the stupidity AND the overall cost of EVERYONE'S insurance. Sorry, but that's an ignorant statement.

 

What kind of warning? Verbal or did they do the warning on an inspection sheet?

If they did an inspection and noted the warning, that there is major CSA points for your carrier. My carrier straight up fires drivers for seat belt and cell phone violations, even warnings.

 

I can't help it if a private company wants to charge you more because I don't wear a seatbelt, if they said you could save a hundred bucks a month if you let them shove a probe up your ### and monitor your every move and breathe would you do it? You want to wear a seatbelt fine that's your choice i really don't care.

He got his left foot caught in the steering wheel. It rolled onto the roof. I spent my 17th birthday at a funeral. When I say go spit, I mean it. Buckle up.
