New Spark plug and shes running good. I Think when i washed the tank maybe there was a little water and it did a number on the spark plug. Its running good though but still think im gonna get the APU just to make it easier...

Thats what it says online does that mean its using 1 Gallon an hour?

 

A truck uses 1 gal an hour, if I remember right my carrier used about 1-2 gal a night

 

My ringmaster uses about 50 gallons per month I have it on a separate tank

 

I know that if/when I buy a new rig the first trip will be to the nearest TK dealer for a TriPac. Or if I get a Western Star I'll get the ParkSmart system on it from the factory. Did plenty for me when I used them with Maverick.

 

I would never buy a Battery APU.. 2 Reasons u need a bigger Alternator & Those things just suck hot summer days they are good for 8 hours maybe lol

 

I never had an issue with them. But I would blast the dash and sleeper AC for about 10 minutes before parking for the night and open the hood up for 20-30 minutes after parking on really hot days to let the heat out. The low voltage cutoff alarm usually would go off about half hour before my 10 would be up the next day.

Though if keep doing this rodeo I might just get a big house rig and live in it lol

 

Has anyone bought additional sliding winches for the great dane mercer trailers from any other place then Mercer?

 

Every parts store will carry them.
