Steering While Intoxicated For Training

 

I drove for them back in 2013-2014 as van, then returned at the start of this year for bulk. First experience was ok, worked as a trainer out of Atlanta, left due to child being born, had typical mega problems with them but overlooked. Bulk side, well, 3 trucks in a short period of time, along with very bad support, sending side load tanks to rear unload sites, pee-poor mechanical support, and office workers who promoted driving with bad equipment. With a smaller, nicer tank company now, happy clam.

Because there is no suffering individual they can parade in front of a jury? Truck drivers don't count.

 

They already got nailed by a class action lawsuit in california. Labor laws in other states aren't as strict apparently.

 

Yes. and as a result of that, they sold their operating/training center in Ontario to Swift. Swift. Tell me again how California knows what's best.
