I did this math myself as well from the 50/50 split to a 80/20 split while adding in expenses as the % goes up, just for negotiation purposes. Either way I could get it to work in my favour, versus the truck sitting in my driveway. And your right it wouldnt be technically a OTR position, but we discussed classifying me as regional since we run PA,WV, and OH and he was willing to do that. Which in that case most companies view reginional work close enough to OTR if you have a clean record etc they will hire you, but like I said I'm still looking around at smaller outfits and talking to them haven't made much progress yet though.

I have some debt, but it's mainly just my pickup (which I'm seriously considering getting rid of as I'm never home to use it) and the remainder of my student loans. I'll have my one and only credit card paid off by the end of next month so that'll be gone. I have no house, wife or kids so if I ditched my pickup I could really stash cash away each month even with a regular new rig payment.
I'm not as sure about a big house as I am a new rig in general though. A Studio Sleeper would work just fine if I'm completely honest.thaistick Thanks this. -
The road is my home lol. My friends, social network and address on my license is in CO, my folks live in northwest AR, and my sister lives in SD so once every three weeks or so I pull into one of those and take a couple days off haha.
To be honest though I am definitely considering at least a new W9 with a Studio Sleeper to replace my current W9 with the 72" standup. -
All those features will be on contractor web, a couple are there now under unit list, scroll to right where the maintenance report icon is, a tab for advances has been there a few weeks now.
The software co. That's supports the app is shutting down. No choice.
There will be no charge for documents from the web.
We get charged now for app and transflo
Also email was sent to all on updated personal conveyan e, you can use quallcomm for load and empty callsLast edited: Jun 21, 2018

They absolutely have a choice....they just choose not to do it. It's not like that company is the only app developer out there.
I didn't watch the whole YouTube video, once he said something about downloading another app for the pics I shut it off.
They lack a decent IT department, the contractor web debacle last year was proof of that. 15 year old kids develop good apps... It ain't gotta be fancy, but they could go all out with it and have load alerts and show back haul load availablity for the area. It's 2018, come on...mtoo, TheDudeAbides, spyder7723 and 1 other person Thank this. -
We decided on a studio vs the big house as well. With 2 people and 2 dogs it's still not as comfy as a big house but it's much better than the 70in we were in.

The phone app is .12 cents use to be per page but I’ve been sending up to 4 pages before they start changing me .24thaistick Thanks this.

I’d settle for being able to separate out the stepdeck loads from the flatbed loads. That really can’t be that difficult to add
-
Personal if they are going to be putting the address on the web they should include the company name like they do on the app I hate looking for addresses on buildings 1/2 of them don’t display it
-
I agree.... if the app is going away, they need to add that to the web
