    Now this is somone who was on choice..now with that being said, he shouldn't be allowed to have a cdl period no matter what..this is the kind of bs that makes the rest of look bad and have a target on us...

    5 minutes later? He didn't learn the first time? If he gets convicted for 2 tickets for 15 over he will lose his license for 90 days. Then has to go for 2 years+ without another serious violations or he have another vacation.
