Has anyone used the new upload method today for paperwork? If so , how was it?

 

If a company doesn't answer the phone or have a voice mail setup how long would you wait before going thru your insurance.

 

Thirty minutes max. Do not play games with these things.

 

Try calling from a diff phone number and see if they pick up the phone?

 

As I posted that we finally got thru lol

 

I used it for 1st time today. Had a pretty poor signal and it worked fine.

 

I'll be trying it Wednesday.

 

I might try it tomorrow.

The 4th being on a Wednesday looks to throw a wrench in next week.
