@Ultratowel - how's the pay set up at CFI and how about vacation pay?

 

I don’t remember what vacation pay is like and they just changed up a bit of things. I’m starting at 33 cpm and after 60k miles you get your first raise. And next raise I think at like 100k miles. Once you get 100k miles I think you’ll be making 40cpm or 42cpm. I haven’t worried too much about the pay since it’s my first year so sorry I can’t give guaranteed numbers but this is close to where it’s at.

Paid time off (PTO) time (vacation pay) accumulates 7 days during first year. 14 days year 1-8, 21 days 8-15, 28 days annually after 15 yrs. Accumulated time can be claimed anytime. Don't have to wait a year to get the first 7 days. Example first year pto accumulates at a rate of .135 days per week.

 

Pay increase effective I believe on the 22nd

 

so wonder will students make 33 or 35 cpm now after upgrade to there own truck
