Running with JCT, Part Deux

Well I definitely wont be back now.

 

Yeah, I also considered coming back to JCT. No way in hell. I disabled the road facing camera last time because of the constant lane departure buzzing. Not interested in being recorded. Record the road all you want, but not me.

 

I love when decisions are made easy like this.

You got to wonder what insurance person/corpo risk analyst came up with this. I’m guessing the idea was to make things safer...IMO now some of the better drivers may leave, opening the door for possibly less experienced drivers, in which case I really have to wonder if this has the opposite affect.

 

Should be interesting how this plays out. Also, verbal agreements don't hold up as well as a written agreement.

Jct simply doesn't want quality...this is opposite. This is whats wrong with these morons running these co's...instead of fixing the problem in hiring better drivers they would simply rather take the easy way out and hire anyone with a pulse and say to the top drivers..screw you...now jct is no different than the megas

 

Did he sign an addendum to his contract?

 

I have no clue, he was a 2 week old JCT driver...Probably not, it was probably baked in.

All I have to say, is I have to still support my family while looking at my options, so if a camera gets installed, my truck speed limit drops to 59 to increase my profit as much as possible during my remaining time, I wont do swaps to help out, and I'll figure out exactly how far to turn my head to set the camera off and be doing that ALL...DAY....LONG...faces upon faces will be sent to JCT.
