Look up NASTC, thy have a program for O/O called fleet one.

I've been called by a bunch of em since I got my authority. I got the RTS Pilot/J card and am getting Love's now as a backup. Oh, got the TA/Petro one too. They're all good for 10-15 cents off depending on how your credit and terms are set up.

Anyone with the Fleet One card mind sharing how much of a discount they're getting? I read some get like 30c off. If so I'm gonna keep shopping.

 

Ive had my authority for 3 months now. I have an RTS Comdata card only because of having to pay lumpers once in a while. As for discounts, it’s a lot cheaper to get my fuel from a local fuel station than the major truck stops. I save almost .40 a gallon. I fill up out on the road with only what I need to get back.

 

Im leased onto a company and we use Fleet One. I usually fill up at small truck stops ie Sinclair, Coffee Cup. I usually get 20-35c off compared to Fly J T/A, Petro, Pilot down the street.

 

The problem with nastc is they only use TA and petro. And when I did talk to them about theire discount I was still able to get a cheaper price at a mom n pop stop down the road.

We have another one called FTS that can be used anywhere. This one is for emergencies only.

Generally though... Truck stop chains are the most expensive way to buy fuel in general.
Everyone's area of operation is different, some you might favor the big chains, mine it's cheaper going elsewhere...

Right now the exit 10 I70 Dayton Ohio TA pump price is $3.26 the pilot on the other side of the exit is $3.19. The NASTC price At TA is $2.91. The Nastc card has many other stations other than TA/ Petro speedways around here Loves mpilot flying j are not in network Send them an email they will give you some indication of stops in the areas you run.
