Doubt itll stay that way if their trucks are that empty and theyre having a hard time recruiting drivers. Their best bet is to up their pay...

 

Has nothing to do with pay.

 

Maybe not the reason for drivers leaving but itll definitely help recruit drivers. Im way more content making more money now than I was. Even drove an old school mack yesterday for a bit. Loved it because it had zero of that radar and safety crap in it.

Word on the street is that new startup Pigbacon Express is a company to keep your eye on in the future...

 

1500's are all going bye bye. Getting the decals stripped, back to dealership. Might be why it looks full if your driving by. More new trucks are coming in, expanding the fleet.

And recruiting is going fine. Been busy, more trainees coming. Put three in trucks the last two months.
