    Good to know @windsmith. Luckily it’s a company owned truck but I will definitely keep that in mind while in my F150.

    Exactly right, I slo mo’d it on my computer at home and it definitely fell off the bumper. It’s the receiver for the hitch that someone was in the process of installing. Looks like unfinished metal that was set and forgotten on the bumper.

    It’s a Garmin 45. I’ve had it for a year or so and it definitely earned its keep today. Tried a few cheap ones before getting this one. Think I’m going to buy one for my POV now.

    Whichever one get make sure it has WIFI so you can download and edit via an app on your phone. Makes it easier to deal with on the side of the road.

    Yup thats an adapter to use a 2" ball mount in a 2 1/2" hitch.
