I would tell you, but it's greatly depressing.

    (That's a hint)

The more I hear your thoughts the more I think you have no common sense.

See if you can read it this time. I Did Not Have A Bad Experience At Magnum.

I am not basing my thoughts off my experience.

I'm basing it off of driver statements that Magnum does not listen to.

They make promises they dont keep.
They do surveys that they could give less of a crap about
Their trucks are new but auto's.
    Etc..

You can say what you want about the trucks in the yard being turned in.. 16's, 17's and 18's are not and that's what's mostly there.

Magnum is desperate. You think they're making these changes bc they want to? If so you're sadly mistaken.

I'm not knocking your employer. I'm saying they're making some bad decisions.

Coming up on 1 year with Magnum in October. Been reading this forum for months and finally decided to create account.

It’s funny you think you are in the know. For as long as I have been reading, you have worked elsewhere. Almost all of the trucks in the yard are 15s for trades and the others are prepped for swaps. That’s what happens when you buy a bunch of 19s. It’s a long process.

It’s easy to weed out former disgruntled employees. Strange to me you keep monitoring this forum to bad mouth them. The large majority of drivers I’ve talked to and including myself are happy here.

On another note I’m sure happy about the pay change. Will make a big difference to me at my 1 year.

Thanks to all magnum drivers on here who have been informative and helpful.

Welcome and glad things are working out for you, Magnum is a great place for many, not as good for some.

There are former Magnumites who want to see the company succeed and are glad they are making changes, and keep in mind many of us keep in touch with members including drivers and others.

You do have to many trucks off the road and hopefully the changes will remedy that, until then run strong and make that money!

    Thank you sir.

I understand but there’s a big difference between 95% of your posts bad mouthing and staying on the board to keep in touch

I enjoy your honesty and glad you are still around posting.

    Winnyf1 Thanks this.
