Tribe express, tribe transport??

Are you still on board with the TRIBE?

 

Well when I quit they owed me 3 checks. I got 2 of the 3...the last check which was my last load to Georgia they kept. They are such a joke and yea driver facing camera THEY WILL SPY ON YOU...I bet u can vouch for that one to. They are by far the worst company I have ever worked for

 

Anybody currently work for them?
I want to know if they actually keep you moving... Shiny trucks and .44 cpm dont mean #### if the miles aren't there.
Any advice?

Yes, what would you like to know....there pay for company drivers is a little on the low side compared to other companies right now! Have been told that a driver paypackage review is being done right now... but miles are good if your a good ontime driver and you know how to trip plan and work your plan!

They do have a team pay guarantee for teams only, solo drivers are paid by the mile and it depends on experience, safety record....

If you like being spied on while you drive then this is the company for you...if your not a ##* kisser then you won't get miles...driver facing camera ...they claim they only come on in the event of a hard braking or something ....BS...they can watch u any time. I did make some money there when I first started...after about 6 months it went down hill....Todd Gooch is a clown. Good luck if you decide to go to work there

At Estes, you'll start at like .575 or .585. I've been here almost a year and I've already made about 60K running extra board. I'm out of Memphis and we have many open bids. I choose to run the road .
