Abt 68 mph from what i have seen. I however don't recommend werner as a decent place to work if you are seeking.Oldironfan Thanks this.

It's 65 on almost all trucks. The lease trucks can go faster, so that's probably what you were seeing.
And yes, their dispatchers are known for being extremely childish and petty.Oldironfan Thanks this. -

otterinthewater and austinmike Thank this. -
Always slower than you want to be.
Stay far to the right on a Texas 85 mph highway. They be coming by really fast.
Companies that govern below legal speed limits are really stupid.
However when a whole industry collectively governs everything beyond reason there is no point in trying to fight a collective borg stupidity. With the exception of buying a ungoverned truck and staying off it with that right foot.Omega1, TheyCallMeDave and austinmike Thank this. -
No governor makes it easier to pass grandpa going 55 in a 65 in the hills, if you can control yourself on the flats it's the only way to go.x1Heavy Thanks this.

Ignore these clowns. I haven't had a bad experiance with them yet. It's 65 on the pedal, 68 on the cruise for the newer models. Still faster than a large portion of the trucks. If I'm more than 70k, I'll just cruise at 65. Let everyone pass me, I don't care. No need to stress out over a bunch of other careless truck drivers

If you're going ten mile an hour under the speed limit you're more of a careless driver than the guy going 5 over, at 65 you shouldn't be allowed on the south dakota interstate.

Thats one reason in my opnion there is so many accidents. Just because speed limit is 70, 80 or 65 doesn't mean you have to run that fast. Always someone trying to go faster and some a little slower. Ever notice the "pack", 5 or 8 vehicles running neck and neck like on a race track? If something goes wrong they are all piled up like cordwood. Rubbing their bruising bodies, if they are alive. Wondering what happened? I know what happened, you all were driving like a bunch of dumb dumb as###.roshea, spyder7723, 06driver and 1 other person Thank this.
