If your batteries went flat how old are they? if your truck is running 24/7 they may only last 12 months if your alt gauge is showing good voltage its should be ok best off seeking an auto electrician he'll have that alternator tested and search out what the fault really is. New batteries losing charge would mean its the alternator.Unless you've got some source that's draining your battery highlights are the worst maybe the fridge too, microwave its all a process of elimination.

The tripac alternator has a wide bare metal bonding strap coming off of it that bolts to the frame, if the alternator somehow isn't grounded, it won't be able to charge the batteries? My alternator (tripac) runs and runs and runs until it kills itself (ALT shutdown) but the inverter isn't ever getting up past 13v in the display anymore. That makes me think the alternator is still working, there's just something keeping the juice from getting to the batteries. The bonding wire coming off the alternator was rubbing part of the exhaust, could that cause a double ground?

Can you take a multimeter and check the voltage at the alternator on the tripac and at the batteries. Here is a good post about the same problem

We are having this same problem, but we are unplugging everything when home and it STILL dies even with autostart on. Could the autostart itself be draining the battery somehow?

I should say that we are driving a 2019 kenworth t680. The autostart should be kicking on... we came out to the truck today to leave and batteries were completely drained and had to give it a jump. This is not a new problem but when our on the road we are there to catch the problem and start it up. Otherwise it would die every night.
