Time for a new car soon. Don’t send me the bill. lol[/QUOTE]
been sitting on the couch 4 days with a minor hand infection
gonna call in sick in the morning
lady is pretending to take care of me
watching football and serving the beers
I know that would break you
I got 3 nice looking chevys
have not had a car payment in more than 10 years
got tools to fix anything except engine machine work
always on the lookout for a great deal on a newer Camaro or Corvette
This should sum it up, all @ 51 CPM with .14 being per diem.

Same here Bif, bought a ceiling fan a few weeks ago, I'm still installing, beer got in the way, and this stupid site... I was going to go back to work on Tuesday, I think I will push that out to Wednesday... Need to get that fan up and do something else... It was important, but I have already forgot. I hope I remember tomorrow... I did clean the garage yesterday, need to pull the plow out yet, but I still have time... I need to run up to the corner deli, they have a full kitchen that churns out some darn good food...
And I don't make near $83,000 a year.
BIF MALIBU Thanks this. -
My two cents is this. If he’s happy so be it.
The way look at it he keeps this up he can
Retire early and be set up. I know a guy been driving for 41 years been living in his truck for 15 of them. No house, a car he keeps at his terminal. He loves it, happiness to each his own.
Wish I did this years ago that’s driving and saving like that, I’d be on a beach right now retired.
Good luck to you and keep packing that moneyCorsairFanboy, the white knight, Justrucking2 and 2 others Thank this. -
Ain't that the truth, hindsight is always 20/20... I just stay with this racket due to the time off I get, not so much the money. But, you still need money to live, we all have bills of one sort or the other and responsibilities. If life were easy, we would all be retired on a beach or our favorite fishing hole. I wish the young man luck.

I assume you already told them it was work related. It’s *generally* best to do that just to cover yourself in the event it becomes more serious than initially thought.BIF MALIBU Thanks this.
