Us 421 Bristol Tennessee to Mountain City Tennessee. AKA The Snake. Max uphill grade 14%. Max downhill grade 9.6%. 489 Curves in 33 miles. It should be truck restricted but it's not. I'm not a fan of running it in my car.

Lol, the guy weaving around and hanging hanging halfway out the drives side window for a bit of air conditioning.
Or the ones that like to lay down on the asphat and go to sleep because it's warm.TripleSix Thanks this. -
Hwy 60. Going across the Kentucky, Tennessee border. It crosses the Ohio river. Two large long bridges. One lane each way. One bridge is narrow enough. The other is ludicrously narrow. Ya gotta be real good to avoid hitting mirrors with another truck.

I80 can get brutal in the winter. Especially in the windy states and mountain passes. If you do not pay close attention to road and weather conditions, I80 in the winter can easily kill you. Loose snow and high winds can reduce visibility to zero in the space of a few seconds. Icy roads and high winds can slam you into a slide even if you are heavily loaded.
And that's just in the West. Lake Effect weather on I80 near the Great Lakes is also #### dangerous at times, and can change rapidly.
I-70 through Vail, Colorado can be a scary/challenging road between October and April.
There are LOTS of short sections of road and passes that can be deadly dangerous any time of year. White Pass on US-12 is one stretch that I won't go on at any time unless absolutely required. -
The 99 through the central valley is probably the busiest agricultural area in the nation. Thousands of heavy and slow moving trucks merging onto the highway with very short on-ramps. There are certain areas where I simply sit out in the hammer lane because I know there will be slow merging traffic ahead, and it's saved my butt on more than a few occasions. The other killer through there is tule fog in the winter, and people driving way too fast in it. I usually try to avoid 99 if I can by cutting over to the I-5 just north or Bakersfield.

I’d honestly say there’s no terrible stretch that dangerous. Just have to drive for conditions and to your skill level. Come drive log truck in Northern California for a bit and you’ll see what I mean. Anything after that will be a breeze

We're not lazy. You nailed it with the first part of your statement.
Most don't have. It gets old talking to thy self -
Never ceases to amaze me how that still happens on a flat straight limited access highway.SteveScott Thanks this.
