    It is simple. We are paid by the mile and by the activity.

    When we arrive somewhere we get money, when we depart we get money, if we sit we get money, if we sleep in the truck we get money.
    I may turn 110,000 miles this year but will gross over 100k in compensation.
    Ninety something cents per mile.

    64k in 8 months. Hired on may 2017. 81k is easily obtained in a calendar year. You have the numbers backwards. 99% will make 81k.
