Beware of Alex Logistics - Park Ridge IL

They owe more and more drivers/sub-contractors and other staff more and more money. They start with being late with pay - step by step - feed you all kind of BS as an excuse and stop any payments if you stop working for them...
Bad-name all Easter European owners , especially Ukrainians as they say are from Ukraine... surprisingly still some other companies owned by their own have not refused to cooperate or/and rent them space in their warehouse...
... and for the record, before they accuse me of badmouthing or threaten me - I know from experience since I worked for them and they own me money as well .

 

I already found lawyers that are willing to represent me but what is more interesting there is at least one firm (they contacted me)with offices in many states including IL and NY ( Alex Logistics had drivers dedicated to North-East) that would be interested in something they called "class action lawsuit. They just want more names.

But to be honest, if you are not paid and practically they are making fun of you (like Alex Logistics) - not answering calls coming from you and feeding you with bull crap any time you reach to them - why not to get even to some degree and in the process help potential/future victims to such practices..?
Why not to join such suit and help lawyers to get to the owners that obviously think they can just switch company name, legal status and pull another scam hurting dozens of new drivers and co-workers, very likely on even bigger scale (since they pulled it once and most victims just gave up)..?

But still they see that someone still cares about her/his money and have chance to " make it right" during process. For example to avoid associate bad name with a new name...LOL
