If you can run hard you can net $500 to $1000 per week.
You can also be a trainer and make more $
Pay is between $.34 and $.75 per mile depending on length of haul.
    You answer to “company driver”.

Send me $100 and I will hook you up.

As far as I can tell, being new and all myself is that a lease purchase is like punching yourself in the junk until you vomit, and then getting charged by the janitor to not only clean up the vomit, but they charge you in advance for the next time you vomit. If you don’t vomit you still don’t get any money back. So start punching!

Only 11 people in the history of lease purchase finished their leases over all companies.
    99.99% chance you don’t make it 12.
They’re all single, live in the truck that they named “precious” and they answer to “Smeagol”. They only eat ramen and sugar packets, and pick cigarette butts out of ash trays. They sell their free showers to lot lizards for $3 each. They’re not gamers, they pull freight 7/365, they don’t socialize, government outreach programs think they’re schizophrenic, their families think they were kidnapped by aliens or a religious cult. Other experienced truckers tried to tell them, but they were smarter than everyone else.

Their truck is wasted by the time they got the title.

This thread bares no likeness to anyone living or dead. Those that have completed lease purchases good on you. Those that are smart and hard working and didn’t we feel your pain and we love that you tried. Those that are new and wanting to lease purchase need to sit the #### down and learn this business and then have good credit, save your money and go to a real bank. Their is no participation pay for trying. The house always wins in the end.

Thanks from a fellow window licker.

FYI there’s a lot of humor in this post. If you can’t see it, it’s not my fault.

Look - this weekend has been real tiring attempting to pull real figures out of a gung-ho LP guy.

He almost made it through the fire.

I’m afraid I have nothing to offer here.

Perhaps, the mods will sideline this one.

I started writing this a week ago. When @UturnGirl threw in the towel I almost deleted it. I adore her sense of humor and honest work ethic. Anyway these L/P programs seem to be the devil and fill people with hope. You guys set me straight 3-4 months ago. It’s just exhausting to see the new threads keep popping up and understanding where this may go.

I lease purchase...make pretty good money for what i do...i am only on pace to work 9.5mos this year and still profit..so it can be done but most folks in society these days are financially irresponsible and couldn't do it no matter what.

Sorry to pop everyone’s bubble. But a lot of these L/P failures were doomed to fail by their own hand. .

There is hope for most of these people. Unfortunately, it can’t be found with a L/P. Their biggest mistake was thinking it would save them from past mistakes. All the while, those mistakes chased them to the bitter end.

True, you can get a truck with zero down. But somebody has to pay for that truck. And the person or persons responsible for that? Are the ones that have spent the last few years robbing Peter to pay Paul. And avoiding bill collectors.

If you think buying and straight out owning is too hard or expensive. You’re a prime candidate for failure in a L/P.

Accelerated (big) payments take determination and sacrifice that few are willing to put forth. Anyone here financially stable enough to take a zero paycheck more than twice a month? Anyone here step into a lease or ownership (1st time) with ZERO debt?

L/P can be done. It can be done easily, by only a few people. But most will struggle week after week. Simply because they’ve never prepared for anything, except figuring out what they can buy with the next check/settlement they get.

Work hard, sacrifice often, play harder than any MF on the block. Share pictures of exotic places and people. While the neighbor polishes his wife’s BMW 3xx status symbol lolol

If you don’t have a house, spouse, or children and you can’t afford an exotic vacation or toy once a year. You’re doing it (life) wrong. ;)

Probably good idea you don't do it … being able to have an original thought and think for oneself is critical skill for success in business.
