If you're driving kenworth T660 like I do chances are your side windows fog up with cold weather/rain/snow outside as you're driving. I find that cracking side windows about 1/4 of an inch helps keep them defrosted as well as having defrost on. Maybe you have some other tips/tricks you'd like to share, post them here.
Designers on these T660 should be hung by the balls, side glass defrost opening is as tiny as my family car, how is that tiny opening supposed to defrost entire side glass??? At least on Volvos there's defrost vent built into the doors so that entire door glass gets air flow.

I have a t680 they only fog up at the start of the day and I tend to set it on light heat or light cool and never have fog up. If I do turn off the vents they will eventually fog.

T680 probably has bigger openings for side glass? They're roomy and better designed interior, more of a luxury cab compared to T660Ffx95 Thanks this.

Turning on a "defrost mode" should take care of this. After an hour or so, the air should dry out sufficient where it's not a problem, unless you're one to frequently roll down windows and allow in more humidity.
What you're describing is probably common on many trucks. You wake in the morning, the air is "moist" from you living through the night, the windows are cold, then you sit there in the seat warming the space near the driver window and allowing the moisture to condensate on the cold glass. The key is to activate the condenser and dry out the cabin air asap. Turn on the recirc mode will probably speed this process up in most cases.
On the newer Freightliners, they will direct air to the "window vents", during both floor heat and defrost modes, or any blend modes of the two. -
That's pretty much every vehicle on the road.
Putting in vent mode helps. But most times you need the defroster. Plus a crack in the window being down always does the job. -
T800 ain’t no better lol ......
@-20 something F......Lepton1 Thanks this. -
Awww, stop complaining and just drive the thing. -
If more plastic means luxury then I guess you're right
