My buddy runs 5 day he has a ADP of 425.15

 

I guess I am going to start Dec 10 the company I am with right won’t budge on my salary. Been with them 8 years now guess I am not valuable to them anymore that’s why they are loosing 12 drivers this year

 

2 week notice in, waiting on the info to be sent by Dec 5th. Can't wait to start this new chapter in my life.

 

Welcome to my world. I think the new thing is if you volunteer to run nights, you get your adp for that day regardless of how high it is. Most times we can't make our adp per day. It isn't the highest but we still do well.

 

i thought yall get yalls adp regardless if you make it or not. i just love having my load planned out and having my days work planned

 

I think the adp is mainly for vacation/ pto days when you take off

 

That is the average for a 5/2-5/3

 

adp is for everything. trainning, days off, retro pay, etc. some dcs like 6858 pay adp plus fill in support drivers get theirs also

No that is the number for our guys on that program. Our 5 day guys average 352.
