No what i think he means is them sending out videos to all drivers about what one driver may or may not have done while driving. Its not a way of counseling. They bring that specific driver in for stuff like that. They dont need to remind us that the cameras are there. We got it.

Oh ok. Gotcha -
Spend more to recruit, maybe burgers and some swag recruiters can hand out to lure folks in at the company dog and pony show.
My friend describing recruiter at his employer "he's looks and acts the stereotypical used car salesman, we call him Slick"
No raises, boat loads of immigrants will fill the seats. -
One thing I can say about my current company is they promised to be completely transparent with the cameras. We all have a site we can log in to see every video generated by our truck. Even the ones our DM doesn't get to see because it's not a counseling event. They stay up there for 90 days and we can view it right from our phones.

If you are getting weekly videos you are screwing something up. We have had cameras for two years at the DC and know of three times total any driver was brought in to look at a film. Question was asked in a grass roots. 145 drivers, 100 trucks and three total videos resulted in any conversations.
So I repeat of you are getting weekly coaching you will be promoted to customer soon. -
I had multiple ones in the yard at 6024,
could be the reason they fixed it
06driver Thanks this. -
No they do not. They make about 225k if they bust their hump and max out their airtime.
And a Walmarr driver that does the same could hit 140000. -
They called you in and made you watch them with a coaching?
