PRIDE TRANSPORT LAWSUIT

    I received a letter about a lawsuit involving Pride Transport out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

    The case is Jacob vs Pride Transport.

    Based on the letter, a driver or drivers took the initiative and decided to fight back against Pride Transport for not being paid accurately. The letter also gave me an amount I am due.

    For the driver or drivers who started this class action, I thank you. I no longer work for that place and am glad I flushed that part of my life down the toilet.

    For an experienced driver with a clean record, you REALLY can do better than Pride.

    The labor court in downtown Salt Lake doesn't have a line running out the door with all the drivers filing wage claims against the trucking outfits in Utah. But that line should be there. The reason those outfits steal from drivers is because drivers allow them to. If your company rips you off, walk away. If your company won't fix the rig you drive, walk away.

    I have 2 OTR companies who I have been sent various court letters about. I have yet to see a penny from them. The lawyers end up with the lions share unless the judgment or arbitration includes fees separate . Received $2,800 from a local outfit but OTR? Been waiting for years.

    Can you please let me know the law firm that handled that case against Pride Transport? I think I might have another new case against them for similar reasons.

    Another route you can take is contact your state's attorney general's office. See if the AG can help.
