Activia is crap, loaded with chemicals and shtuff you cant pronounce. Get some Greek Gods yogurt. I love the black cherry flavor, but they have a few others. -
Sounds like you need to get out and walk a bit.Otherwise try to identify any other habits different from home time.

Drink coffee and a cigarette if you like.
Head to bathroom.

Metamucil caplets every day. I learned this years ago from a friend at the gym. Do u want to take a single large poop every morning and be done with it? Try Metamucil daily. It seriously works. -
Coffee and a smoke took care of it.

Water, lots of veggies (snack on them rather than the other crap most drivers eat while they drive), prunes, licorice.

Wendy s chili works wonders. Or you could also drive anywhere in the Midwest, Nashville, or Atlanta, Drivers in those areas both cars and trucks, will keep you regular with all the stupid stuff they do will scare the crap right out of you lol
