I live in Florida and Millis let me into their program. Florida does suck to try and get in with a company unless it’s local but they want a year experience. If I remember correctly when I was researching schools and companies I think there is CDL school called Mid Florida Tech in Orlando

So I go through here and I see the OP singing the blues about being turned down, but you have a class B? So you drove a flatbed straight truck?

Is the construction business booming at all? You could try and get work driving a boom truck with your class b. Probably better money than any of those OTR that you applied with.

May trucking has a terminal in Pensacola and they hire drivers from Florida, I knew a few from the Tampa area. They don't have a school so you will have to go through one of their approved schools down there. They will reimburse you for it.

I am guessing it must be your location. I lost my job on February 4th and so far have been approved to go MTC driving school with a job waiting with USXpress when I got done, A job with Schneider, including their training, Swift, including CDL training, and I have a felony on my record from only 4 years ago
