I think Jewish people can only eat swinging meat.

I tend to think the trailer may have faired better if it had been opened closer to the unloading door.

Don't think he had that in mind when he ordered pulled pork sliders to go!

In FFE up to 2001 we had a division that did swinging beef. Those trailers are like regular reefers with the exception of the big rack in the roof. Not everyone is handed those loads because it's against nature to haul it like that in terms of balance and center of gravity.

I never had to haul one of those thankfully. All of my meat loads were boxed on the floor. 550 or so 48000 pounds or more give or take.

Bud A. and buddyd157 Thank this.

Does anyone even haul swinging beef any more? Years ago we repowered a couple of Parker trucks when they broke down. Simple drive, Sacramento to L.A.
Neither of our drivers had ever hauled swinging beef before. On both occasions they said they'd never haul it again either.
