    Both accidents I didn't need to report but I did cause it was the right thing to do Cause I don't like being dishonest or a lier but now it has all come back to bite me for it

    That's where my problem is I cant find one that deals with these issues I had one say she was sending me a referral to one but never did

    Contact the labor board for your state, or maybe Arkansas, since that’s where JB is based. They may be able to steer you in the right direction. Or, you may even call the Attorney General’s office and ask them.

    if you can prove that, you may check into harassment charges. Just make sure you can prove it, beyond a shadow of a doubt. They have high power attorneys, don't get into a pissing match with them unless you can prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt.

    So you DID have two accidents ?
    And you DIDN'T keep copies of the paperwork you turned in ?," Oh boy"

    The copies are your poof of transactions / wage agreements without proof to stand on , you will be fighting an up hill battle . There's probably some kind of phrase in that contract that gives them the power to end the contract at their own desrempicie.
