Came thru on jan 18th....9 of us in orientation...Dean said that was out of about 75 applications....take it for what its worth

 

Guess that just means a lot of people that don't meet the basic minimum requirements apply anyway. Cause they certainly don't have high standards. What is it? 1 year otr and no dui in the last 5 years?

 

Ya but thats just to get past the recruiters to safety. Hardly any make it past them to lens desk. Or thats what he told me anyway.

2 accidents in 3 years

Or so i was told

I think finding quality people anymore is like finding a needle in a haystack...
