Most comes off by pallet jack or if the place will take it off by forklift. If not you pallet jack the whole pallet and don’t touch it. Place it at the dock or door step. Not a picky restaurant manager trying to get you to separate their stuff and do their job. Every once in a blue moon you throw boxes. But nothing compared to Foodservice. P&D guys who never done Foodservice would appreciate their jobs if they ever did Foodservice. There’s BS in p&d but compared to Foodservice it’s no match.

Hey, 200 cs per hour is a pretty good rate. We could use a guy like you at Sysco

90 - 210 minutes for the delivery on average. The kicker is they would not start unloading you until past 6 PM when they slowed down. So even if I got done with my route at 4 PM, I had to sit there and wait on them to get their crap together . Complete garbage freight and I always ended up coming home at 8-10 PM.
I was making $32/hour thanks to OT kicking in. That is the only thing that kept me sane, although towards the end I usually started punting the boxes from the front to the back .Mike2633, localguy65, speedyk and 2 others Thank this.
