What he said...they are great about it.
Cerberus XVI Thanks this. -
He told me CFI is great but their pay isn’t and asking for home time isn’t as well. But from what I heard from a recruiter training is 26cpm after I’m solo it will be 36cpm which is good compared to what other companies are paying (correct me if I’m wrong) and about going home he said I would need 14 days in advance to request it and they usually deny it. Not sure where he got the info but since you guys are already with CFI I wanted to hear it from you guys instead.
hollywood76, RoadRooster and Cerberus XVI Thank this. -
Not at all.. request just has to be 8 days in advance is all CFI asks unless there's a family emergency or something serious they can probably work with you in those situations.. once you come back from home time you have to wait 7 days before you can make another request which has to be 8 days in advance.. I have never been home late. And very often times I'm home early and if that happens you don't get charged for the days you arrive early ...paul_4lp, RoadRooster, AllMoneyIn and 1 other person Thank this.

After my trainer I was 33 then 35 then 37 then 39 and now 41 every 30k miles. Then you hit 42 after an additional 5k you'll be at 42 once you reach 125k miles if you come on with no expereexpe that's how it'll work... If you come in with experience your pay will be adjusted accordingly.RoadRooster, AllMoneyIn and Cerberus XVI Thank this.

Perfect, I’m coming in with no experience so I am aware maybe my pay would be low for the first year which is fine just like any other job. I was hoping he was wrong. Hopefully I’ll get on board real soon.
hollywood76 and RoadRooster Thank this. -
Make it so numbah one...
paul_4lp and hollywood76 Thank this. -
Pay ain't crap without miles and CFI has some pretty reliable miles . It'll be rough at first but once your pay gets up after the first year it gets betterhollywood76, Cerberus XVI, AllMoneyIn and 1 other person Thank this.
