    Manslaughter is a lesser charge than murder. He has been charged with several counts of vehicular homicide and each count carries a sentence of 3-15 years. There is video of him and his out of control truck missing a runaway ramp a couple miles before the wreck..

    The video by burger planet? Idk it looked like a crappy old truck personally I don’t think old trucks should be allowed on highway need to be 5 years or newer this would make sense but people are cheap
