Semi-truck driver, 23, arrested after 4 people are killed in fiery crash involving 28 vehicles on Colorado freeway
I’m wondering why he’s being charged with man slaughter? His breaks failed but it was an accident not actual murder. Grant it he could have done a pretrip? Or maybe drove the truck off the highway instead of plowing into people?? Anyone witness this accident happening?
Anybody witness the fiery crash in Denver involving a trucker?

Manslaughter is a lesser charge than murder. He has been charged with several counts of vehicular homicide and each count carries a sentence of 3-15 years. There is video of him and his out of control truck missing a runaway ramp a couple miles before the wreck..deathB4decaf, Cattleman84, tscottme and 2 others Thank this.

The video by burger planet? Idk it looked like a crappy old truck personally I don’t think old trucks should be allowed on highway need to be 5 years or newer this would make sense but people are cheaptucker Thanks this.
