The Williams trucking company is a flatbed outfit. Amazon is a dry van company

 

So Amazon is going to put everyone out of business?

 

All those drivers will have a new job within 24 hours.

 

Pretty much.

Amazon will be the only one left standing.

Baltimore warehouse workers in Amazon hired 2500 recently. A computer robot fired 300 because they do not lump so many cases per hour. They get slow on the job, the box count drops and so they are fired and replaced by people who can throw boxes fast.

Why?

Because I am sitting here waiting on that shipment of widgets I bought on amazon to be at my door tomorrow for free.

And 300 people lost their jobs because they got tired and need to sit for a minute so they can continue to throw boxes including my own.

I don;t care about tomorrow delivery anymore. Take a week. I can wait. Not in a hurry.

The only internet people that has been really fast is Newegg. Ive been buying from them for 20 years out of Memphis. I always fly my computer parts in. They either land in Little Rock or Memphis International. If so, then it's at my door in 15 hours which has been some of their records.

Most of the time the truck takes care of the commercials first then residental pukes like me at the end of day. So call it 30 hours.

 

Dummies are the first ones to go. During this doom and gloom I am increasing my profits and my girlfriends are getting hotter.

 

Not a very big company.
