    10% personal state income tax in Kentucky. The difference between Arizona and Kentucky for me, to put that into context, is my Camaro, the registration, and the insurance.

    Have you considered out by Astoria, OR? So you can get in some surfing/wind surfing (Of course you will need an upgraded wet suit, That Cali stuff just won't be good enough for 54f that it is today.....

    There are a few sites out there with tax and cost of living info, I’ll post one of my favorite. Hopefully it will keep someone from moving to a tax heavy location unless they feel it is worth the cost.
