That was a bad deal. We had two Arrow trucks in our yard when that happened. They'd been renting drop space from us for a couple of years. The drivers cleaned out their trucks and I gave them a ride to the bus station. Our guys passed the hat for pocket money for the drivers.
The trucks stayed in the yard for about six months until a repo outfit came for them. We wouldn't release the trucks until the storage was paid. That took another two months and we finally got a check from some bank in New York.
My Company owes me 2 paychecks and can't fund fuel to get me home

Way too involved. Ya gotta find a facility to hold a truck and trailer, you gotta outlay money (since the OP hasn't been paid) ya gotta get the truck, with little fuel, there, etc.Too much work.
Personally, I would not worry about abandonment, the owner abandoned the OP. -
It's not just him, He also has a trainee with him, which I'm sure hasn't been paid either

Skimmed through the post, but I would have started a used truck parts business at the J you are stuck at. Kinda of a cash and carry.
